TO SERVE

Slice orange-liqueur cream into desired portions. Place tempered chocolate in pastry bag fitted with size 0 tip. Pipe champagne flute outlines on plate. Pipe cranberry sauce into 1 flute; pipe peach sauce into remaining flute. Arrange tuille between flutes; place orange-liqueur cream on tuille.
