2 firm plums, pitted
1 apple, peeled
1 firm pear
1 firm kiwi, peeled
1/3 cup honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped candied ginger
OR
1/4 teaspoon shredded fresh ginger or ground ginger
Servings: 16
Cut plums, apple, and pear into quarters or eighths, if large, to fit in Salad Shooter food chamber. Using slicing cone, slice fruit into mixing bowl. Combine honey and lemon juice; pour over fruit and toss to mix. Sprinkle with candied, fresh, or ground ginger.
