"This light and fluffy cheesecake is a perfect dessert for anytime. It can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and you don't have to turn on your oven."

2-8 oz. ea pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 TBSP. McCormick Imitation Strawberry Extract
8 oz. container frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 oz. prepared vanilla crumb crust

Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract in large bowl with electric mixer on med speed until well blended and smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.

Refrigerate 3 hrs or until set. Garnish with fresh strawberries or serve with Easy Strawberry Sauce (recipe follows), if desired. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.

EASY STRAWBERRY SAUCE:

Mix 1/2 cup strawberry jam with 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract or almond extract.
