3 tomates-chopped
3 green pepper-chopped
1 onion-large, chopped
sherry
Old Bay
crab base

3 lb crabmeat

=Use roux to make thick sauce with milk, sweat onion & bell pepper, add to sauce with tomates. Remove from heat, stir in cream cheese, season to taste, fold in crab, top with parmesan, brown under broiler
