Mustard Butter (below)
3 lbs. fish steaks (salmon, tuna, halibut), 3/4 to 1" thick
Prepare mustard butter. Place fish on lightly greased grill (or used hinged grill for easier turning) 4" from medium coals. Cook 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste frequently with mustard butter. Serve with Avocado Sauce.
Makes 6 servings.
Broiled Fish Steaks:
Set oven to broil and/or 550F. Place fish on lightly greased broiler pan. Broil 2 or 3" from heat for 5 to 8 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with fork. Baste frequently with mustard butter.
