Cock of The Walk Fried Pickles

Dill pickles; sliced thin or they will be too mushy
Salt and pepper
1 Egg
8 oz Milk
1 tablespoon Worcestershire
6 drops Tabasco
1 tablespoon Flour
2 cups Flour

Instructions:
Beat egg with milk, Worcestershire, Tabasco and 1 tablespoon flour. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix 2 cups flour with salt and pepper to taste in a separate bowl.

Dip pickle in egg wash, then into flour, then into egg wash and back into flour, then into 350° deep fat. Fry to golden brown.
