14 oz sugar - caramel
2 oz water

3 c 1/2 & 1/2
3 c sweetened coconut (8oz)

6 eggs
1.25 c unsweetened coconut milk
1 tsp vanilla

=Make caramel, refresh with water. Add 2, slowly heat to a simmer, let stand 15 mns, strain. Beat 3. in order, add to 2. Strain & bake bain marie 350F ~35mns. Toast strained coconut @ 300F golden & use to garnish w lemon & lime.
