6 garlic bulbs
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sweet sherry
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup honey
Servings: 6
Measure marinade into a sauce pan, add garlic and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Simmer vigorously for 1 minute. Remove from heat, pour into jar, cool and cover. Leave at room temperature for 2 days, then refrigerate for 20 days before using.
