10 cl Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
1/2 fresh Peach
3 - 5 Raspberries
2-3 drops Grenadine
1 tsp Lime Juice
2 tbsp Simple Syrup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
3 cl Absolut Mandarin
Fill with Champagne
Chop the peach and put into a blender. Blend together with the
frozen orange juice and a few raspberries. Add a few drops
grenadine, the lime juice and the sugar syrup. Blend until it's
smooth. Pour the Absolut mandarin into a highball glass. Fill the
glass to half with the mix from the blender and fill with
champagne or a dry sparkling wine. Stir and serve.
