7 clove Garlic
1/2 cup Parsley -- chopped
1/2 cup Oregano
1/4 cup Red Pepper
1 cup
1/2 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
salt
black pepper
Mix the ingredients in the above order.
Let cool
Pour in to a jar (an empty mayonnaise jar is perfect) and store in the refrigerator for at least 12 hrs.
Note: This is perfect if you prepare one or two days before a BBQ !! It can be stored in the Refrigerator for 10 or 15 days. Use it on meat or chicken before cooking (Stronger flavor) or after cooking (lighter flavor).
