Baked Eggs

1 tablespoon butter
4 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled1 large egg
1/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
4 drops Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup bean sprouts, chopped
2 tablespoons scallions, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Servings: 1
1. Put butter in 9-inch pie plate. Microwave on high 30 seconds until melted.

2. Beat eggs and milk and pour into pie plate.

3. Sprinkle bacon on 1. Break egg into a lightly greased individual baking dish. Stir egg to break yolk. Add mustard, Worcestershire sauce, bean sprouts, onion and parsley; stir to mix thoroughly. Mix in half the cheese. Top with remaining cheese.

2. Place dish in a larger pan that has about 1 inch hot water. Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until egg is firm.top and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on high 4 minutes stirring once during cooking.

4. Cover and let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Fold in half and serve.
