Baked Eggs with Artichokes & Parmesan

0.25 c parsley - chopped
0.25 c oregano - fresh, chopped
32 artichoke quarters
8 eggs
0.5 c parmesan - grated large

=Butter 8 souffle dishes (0.75 c). Sprinkle with herbs, place 4 artichoke pieces in each, break 1 egg in each. Season & sprinkle with cheese. Bake 400F ~9 minutes
