CAKE:
2 c sugar
¾ c butter flavor Crisco
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 ½ c flour
½ c sour milk
1 ½ c mashed bananas (about 3 large)
1 tsp Watkins double-strength Vanilla or 2 tsp other brand Vanilla
Beat all ingredients together about 3 minutes with electric mixer.
Put it in a greased/floured 9 x 12 pan and bake at 350.
FROSTING:
3 c confec. sugar
½ c peanut butter
Small amount vanilla
Just enough milk to make spreading consistency.
Beat all ingredients together.
