1/4 cup Bourbon
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 each Onion -- chopped finely
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, mix well and refrigerate. Use this marinade on all types of meat, chicken, fish, vegetables, etc.
