4 1/4 lb. Beef -- cooked & cubed
1 clove Onion -- boiled & diced
3 Jalapeno Pepper -- chopped
1 tbs. Chili Powder
1 cup Beef Stock
flour tortillas
1 can Tomato -- boiled & diced
1 tbs. Cornstarch
Brown beef, onion, jalapenos in 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. add chile powder and beef stock. Then add water to just cover. Simmer covered for about 2 hours. Uncover and mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1 tablespoon cold water and stir in. Cook until thickened. Serve in flour tortillas with fresh hot sauce.
