1/2 cup Vinegar
1 lb. Bacon Grease
1 lb. Butter
1 tbs. Black Pepper
1 tbs. Cayenne Pepper
3 each Onion -- chopped
1 each Worcestershire Sauce
1 Ketchup
1 tbs. Salt
1 tbs. Celery Salt
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
Combine all ingredients and simmer on very low fire for at least 20 minutes. Makes sauce for 25 lbs. of meat. Excellent for spareribs.
