3 pounds chicken pieces
1/4 cup oil
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
2 teaspoons onion powder
1 bay leaf
1 packet spaghetti sauce mix
1 pound canned tomatoes
1/4 cup dry white wine

1. Heat the oil in a skillet and quickly brown the chicken in the oil.
2. Place the chicken in the crockpot. Combine the remaining ingredients in the skillet and stir until blended and hot. Add to the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW 7-8 house.
