Recipe Feeder
Ingredients:
[/COLOR][/FONT][/SIZE]1 pkt - chinese rice noodles
8 - chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
1 tsp - garlic powder
1 tsp - paprika
2 cups - beef broth
2 tsp - cornstarch
2 tbsp - oyster sauce
4 - green onions, including tops, chopped
1/4 cups - pistachio nuts, shelled
3 tbsp - oil
freshly ground black pepper to taste
salt to taste
Method

  1. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper.
  2. Saute chicken in oil over medium-high heat.
  3. In saucepan, combine beef broth, cornstarch and oyster sauce.
  4. Heat to boiling and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add green onions and 1/4 cup pistachios.
  6. Prepare rice noodles according to package directions.
  7. Place noodles on heated serving dish, top with chicken breasts and pour sauce over all.
  8. Garnish with additional pistachios.
