1/2 cup butter or margarine
5 tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1 cup coconut
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Icing:
1/4 cup butter
3 tbsp. milk
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. double cream custard powder
4 squares semi sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. butter
Place butter in top of double boiler until melted.
Add other ingredients.
Pack in 9" pan.
Icing:
Mix all ingredients together well.
Spread on chocolate base and place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate with butter and spread over custard.
Chill well and cut into bars.
