Ingredients:
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (trimmed)
Citrus Grilling Sauce
Fresh Pineapple (cored, sliced)
Start by pre-heating the grill. I prefer to trim my chicken breasts before cooking, but it’s not necessary.
Grill chicken ~5 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160 to 170 degrees.
Grill pineapple ~2 minutes per side.
At the last minute, brush or spoon grilling sauce on chicken, cover completely.
Serve with broccoli and brown rice for a complete meal.
