Country Spareribs


1/3 cup ketchup
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 small jars baby food peaches
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
3 lbs. spareribs cut into serving portions

Mix ingredients and heat but do not boil.
Place boiled and rinsed ribs in large baking dish.
Pour sauce over ribs, cover and bake for 1 hour at 325F.
Baste and turn often.
Remove cover and bake 1/2 hour more until fork tender.
