Sweet and fruity, with a licorice finish.
1 cup cranberry cocktail
1/4 cup frozen concentrated orange juice
2 tbsp. yellow-colored, licorice-flavored liqueur (such as Galliano), 1oz (see Note)
2 tbsp. melon-flavored liqueur (such as Bols), 1oz
4 ice cubes
Serves 2
Measure first 4 ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Add ice cubes.
Replace lid.
Hold firmly and shake vigorously until cold.
Strain through sieve into 2 small glasses.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups.
Note:
If you cannot find Galliano, add several drops of yellow liquid food coloring to same amount of clear licorice-flavored liqueur (such as Sambuca) until desired shade is reached.
