Cream Cheese Pound Cake

3 cups sugar
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 ½ cups of margarine (softened)
1 tsp of almond extract
1 tsp of vanilla extract
A dash of salt
3 cups SR flour
6 large eggs (room temperature)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees
In a large bowl, mix sugar, cream cheese, and margarine until light and fluffy. Add extracts and dash of salt, mix in well. Alternate adding flour and eggs – add flour then mix - add an egg and mix, until all flour and eggs have been added. Bake cake for 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees or until golden brown
Note: If you use a bundt cake pan, you will have to remove some of the batter to accommodate the small pan size. I baked in 2 loaf pans.
