Recipe Feeder
1 tb Vegetable oil 28 1/2 oz Stewed tomatoes
1 lg Onion, chopped 1/4 c Dry red wine
2 lg Ribs, celery, chopped 1/2 ts Each, thyme, oregano, basil
1/2 c Chopped green peppers 1/8 ts Each, pepper, red & black
2 Cloves, garlic, crushed

In a sauce pan, over medium high heat, heat oil: add onion, celery, green
pepper, and garlic. Cook about 6 minutes. Stir frequently. Add stewed
tomatoes, wine, tomato paste and seasonings. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat
to low and simmer for 30 minutes, uncovered. Stir occassionally. Cook untl
thickened.
