Easy-bake oven cake recipe

MAKES 1 LAYER

Ingredients
3 tablespoons cake mix, any flavor
1 tablespoon milk
Directions
1) Grease and flour pan.
2) Mix cake mix and milk until smooth. Pour into pan.
3) Bake in preheated Easy-Bake Oven about 15 minutes.


EASY-BAKE OVEN CAKE FROSTING

FROSTS 1 2-LAYER CAKE

Ingredients
4 teaspoons shortening
2/3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons milk
colored crystal sugar (for decoration)
Directions
1) Stir together shortening, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk until smooth and creamy.
2) Spread 2 teaspoons of frosting on top of 1st layer.
3) Add 2nd layer and continue frosting.
4) Sprinkle with colored crystal sugars.
5) Frosts a 2 layer cake.


EASY-BAKE OVEN PIZZA

MAKES 1 PIZZA

Ingredients
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 dash salt
1 teaspoon margarine
2 1/4 teaspoons milk
1 tablespoon pizza sauce
1 1/2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
1) Preheat Easy Bake Oven 15 minutes Stir together flour, baking powder, salt and margarine until dough looks like medium-sized crumbs.
2) Slowly add milk while stirring.
3) Shape dough into a ball and place into a greased pan.
4) Use your fingers to pat the dough evenly over the bottom of the pan, then up the sides.
5) Pour the sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with the cheese.
6) Bake 20 mins.
7)Remove.
