Recipe Feeder
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 Tbs cocoa
125g butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups Self-Rising flour
Mix water, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and butter in a saucepan over medium heat until boiling. Simmer for 5 minutes and then let cool.
Add eggs and flour and mix thoroughly.
Pour batter into a greased 22cm square cake tin and cook at 170C fan forced (convection) for 45-60 minutes.
