Recipe Feeder
1 lb. round steak--about 1/2" thick
1 Tbs. oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
4 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1- 9 oz. pkg. frozen Italian green beans, thawed
2 Tbs. flour

Brown the steak.

Stir in 2 1/2 cups water, soup mix, potatoes, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add beans; cover and cook 15 minutes, or till meat and vegetables are tender.

Remove the meat and vegetables to a warm platter. In a cup, blend 1/2 cup water and the flour till smooth. Stir into liquid in the pan for gravy. Cook till thickened.
