1 lb fresh or frozen fish fillets
1/4 cup chopped bacon or salt pork
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb can tomatoes, chopped
1 cup chopped potatoes
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup catsup
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
Fry bacon or salt pork till crisp. Remove all but 2 tb. fat. Saute
onion till tender.
Add everything but fish. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes till
veggies are done. Add fish and simmer covered for 10 more minutes.
