3 lb chicken wings 1.5 kg
2/3 cup soy sauce 160 mL
1/2 cup liquid honey 125 mL
2 tbsp 5 powder spices 30 mL
2 tbsp vegetable oil 30 mL
2 cloves garlic, crushed 2
Disjoint wings and discard tips. Place in a shallow baking dish.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over wings; cover and refrigerate one hour, turning occasionally.
Heat oven to 375°F/190°C. Place wings on rack in broiler pan and reserve marinade.
Bake for 30 minutes. Turn wings and bake 30 minutes longer, brushing occasionally with reserved marinade.
