3 ounces Sliced almonds
2 ounces Oats, old-fashioned rolled
1 ounce Sesame seeds
2 fluid ounces Maple syrup
pinch Salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 teaspoons Grated orange peel
3 ounces Dried cranberries
Yield: 11 ounces
1. Combine all the ingredients excluding the cranberries.

2. Place on a paper-lined sheet pan and toast in a 375°F (190°C) oven until golden, about 18-20 minutes.

3. Cool then toss in the cranberries. Use as a topping on cream cakes, fruit pies and mousses. Store tightly covered. Will keep for 1 week at room temperature.

Yield: 11 ounces
