Ingredients:
1 small garlic clove (0)
1/2 c. fat free ricotta cheese (1)
1-2 cups fresh spinach (as much as you'd like, really) (0)
4 tsp. Parmesan cheese, divided (1)
4 oz. whole wheat rotini or penne (6, 3 per serving)
2 small spoonfuls pasta cooking water

Directions:
Boil water and cook pasta.

In a blender, combine garlic, spinach, ricotta and 2 tsp parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.

Add to warm pasta, and add 1 spoonful of pasta water to each serving, or 2 spoonfuls for one big serving. Mix well.

Top each servings with 1 tsp. of parmesan
