Hazelnut Heaven

1 cup chopped Oregon hazelnuts
6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 cup whipping cream
Servings: 12
Beat eggs; add sugar. Combine with hazelnuts and flour. Bake at 350º in flat pan until golden brown. When cool, spread whipping cream, then roll into a roll. Keep frozen.


Yield: 3 1/4 cups
