Honey Strawberry Purée

2 cups fresh strawberries
OR
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
Servings: 4
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor; process until smooth. Serve over ice cream, flan, pound cake or sliced fruit.

Yield: 2 Cups
