Horseradish Sauce

8 ounces horseradish, drained
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/3 cup cider vinegar
2 cups whipping cream
Yield: 5 cups
1. Combine all ingredients except cream.

2. Whip cream. Fold in horseradish mixture. Chill.



Notes: Potentially hazardous food. Store for service at an internal temperature below 41°F.

Serve with ham or roast beef.
