Recipe Feeder
This is very healthy and usally helps rid me of colds faily fast. Leeks are rich in Iron so enjoy

2 leeks chopped (discard leaves and roots)
1 cup carrots chopped
1/2 bunch of fresh spinach
1 cup cubed tofu
3 potatoes cubed
5 cups of water
salt and pepper to taste
2 TBS chicken or veggie paste

boil water add flavoring chick or veggie, potatoes, carrots and leeks let these boil a few min add spinach and tofu boil 5-8 more min and serve.

This is a very easy soup to add to
Variations:
ADD
1 tea sesame oil (changes the taste)
you can add shrimp or chicken
onion
