Lemon Blossom and Dill Salmon

1 3/4 cups salmon, skinned and boned
2/3 cup butter, softened
2 Stash Lemon Blossom tea bags
1 tablespoon water
2 teaspoons chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper, to taste
Servings: 4
1. Flake the salmon into a bowl together with butter, lemon blossom herb mix, water and dill. Blend with mixer or food processor until very smooth.

2. Pour mix into small bowl and serve on platter with bread sticks and/or raw vegetables.
