1 teaspoon Olive Oil
2 Garlic Cloves, Minced
½ cup White Wine, Dry
4 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 cup Tomatoes, Cooked
4 tablespoon Basil
2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a skillet, heat oil and add garlic until tender. Remove from heat and pour wine. Return it to the heat. Cook another 2 mins, until wine has been reduced by half. Stir in lemon juice and tomatoes, basil, parmesan cheese, and black pepper. Serve over cooked pasta.
