Recipe Feeder
12 Lemons, thick skinned, Myers, Amalfi, Lisbon, St Tressa.
1 Lime, Thick skinned.
2 750 ml bottles of 100 prof Vodka or any clear spirits.
2 cups water.
2 cups granulated sugar.

Remove yellow part of lemon and skin of lime (no white pith)
place peels in large jar with sealed clamps or screw top and cover with 1 bottle of spirits.
store 2 weeks in cool dark place.
combine sugar /water in sauce pan, bring to boil (med hot) till sugar is dissolved, let cool to room temp.
Strain this through coffee filter into Jar with 2nd bottle of spirits.
fill bottles and cork, let stand for 10 days in cool dark place.
store in freezer.
