1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 30-ounce jar Ragú Old World Style Spaghetti Sauce
6 crusty rolls, split and toasted
6 slices part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Servings: 6
1. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine meat, egg, bread crumbs and seasonings. Shape into 1 1/2" meatballs. In a large skillet, thoroughly brown meatballs on all sides in vegetable oil; drain fat. Add sauce; cover and simmer 30 minutes.

2. Fill rolls with sliced meatballs. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until cheese melts.
