Recipe Feeder
Crust:
1 1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 c melted butter

Filling:

Cream together 2 - 8 oz cream cheeses I use light
2/3 c sugar

Add:

2 eggs, beaten
grated rind of one lemon
1 T lemon juice

Bake 350 for 35 min

Topping:

1 c sour cream
3 T sugar
1 T lemon juice

Blend and gently spread on top of pie. Bake for 5 more min and remove. Cool at room temp and cool in frig for a few hours.
