HOUSE DRESSING RECIPE:
1 - 8 ounce bottle of Paul Newman's Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing
1 clove garlic, peeled and pressed
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 Tablespoon Sugar or Splenda
Directions:
Remove about 2 TBSP. of oil from the bottle of dressing…Replace with the rest of the ingredients above and shake well. Refrigerate 24 hours before using.
SALAD RECIPE:
1 large CHILLED salad bowl
1 bag Dole American Blend Salad...I used Dole spring mix because that's all I could find
4-5 slices Red Onion
4-6 Black Olives
2-4 Whole Pepperoncini Peppers
1/2 cup Croutons
1 small Roma Tomato, Sliced
House Dressing
Freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
Toss all together in a large CHILLED salad bowl and serve!
