Recipe Feeder
2 cups jellied cranberry sauce
2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup heavy whipping cream, whipped

Mash cranberry sauce with fork, add lemon juice and mix. Place into a Jello mold and move to freezer to set. Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise and powdered sugar; mix well. Stir in chopped walnuts; fold in whipped cream. Spread over cranberry mixture and free until firm, about 2 hours. When ready to serve, quickly dip mold in warm water to loosen and turn out onto serving plate.

Number of Servings: 8-10

This recipe is not only delicious, but very beautiful. Great recipe for Christmas.
