8 Cups cut up Rubarb
Pour enough boiling water over to cover rubarb and let sit for 5 min
Then pour off the juice and place in to a into a 9x13 baking dish
layer the following over the rubarb
2 cups sugar
2- 3 oz pkg strawberry jello
1- white or yellow cake mix (right out of box)
2/3 cup melted butter
Bake 350 for 1 hour
great as is or over vanilla ice cream
