Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13" × 9" × 2" pan.
1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup favorite Stash tea
1 cup chopped nuts
3 cups diced apples

Cream sugar and margarine. Beat in eggs. Sift dry ingredients together, add alternately with tea. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake 45 minutes. Glaze when cool, if desired.
