1 lb. Smoked Polish sausage, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
5 med Potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 med Onions, chopped
2 Carrots, cut in 1/4 inch slices
three 14-1/2 oz Chicken Broth
one 32 oz Sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
one 6 oz Tomato paste
Serves 2-1/2 quarts.
Combine sausage, potatoes, onions, carrots, and chicken broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes-until potatoes tender. Add sauerkraut and tomato paste-mix well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes longer.
