Easy Recipe Finder

Recipe Feeder
The Betsey Goodie Bar, wrapped in gold foil, was given
as a reward when a child finished their lunch in the
Elizabeth, NJ Schools.

1 package (12 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1 cup non-fat dry milk powder
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups unsalted dry roasted peanuts
1 cup raisins

In top of double boiler over simmering water, melt
chocolate and butter. Remove from heat.
Beat in dry milk powder, peanut butter and vanilla
with wire whisk or beater until fairly smooth.
Stir in peanuts and raisins. Spread into buttered
13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm.
Cut into bars.

Makes 48 bars
