Ingredients:
* 1/4 c Olive oil
* 2 tb Dijon mustard
* 1/4 c Fresh snipped dill
* 1/4 ts Salt Fresh ground pepper (to Taste)
* 1 Clove garlic, minced (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients well. Marinade fish 2 hours in refrigerator. Place fish on hot grill 8 to 14 minutes per side depending on thickness. Baste with marinade.
