1/8-inch round slice Smoked Tomato Field Roast per portion of pizza
1. Prepare your favorite pizza recipe and add a large round slice of Field Roast per portion on top of the cheese.
2. Bake and enjoy.
Notes: Field Roast is great as a topping on pizzas... The seasonings we use in Smoked Tomato Field Roast are reminiscent of pepperoni...red wine, mustard, oregano, etc... Thin sliced on top of a cheese pizza, Field Roast browns nicely while absorbing the oils of the cheese.
There are many other ways to make pizza using Field Roast. Use Field Roast underneath the cheese, prepare a vegan pizza with ground pumpkin seeds, garlic, olive oil, peppers and Field Roast...the list goes on.
