Recipe Feeder
1 lb ground beef 0.5 kg
1/2 cup chopped onion 125 mL
1 envelope taco seasoning mix 1 envelope
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz/450 mL) 1 can
1 can whole kernel corn, drained (15 oz/450 mL) 1 can
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 500 mL
2 cups Bisquick original mix 500 mL
1 cup milk 250 mL
2 eggs 2
sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce
Heat oven to 350°F/180°C.
Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-in/33 x 23 x 5-cm baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour over mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown.
Serve with sour cream, chopped tomatoes and shredded lettuce, if desired.
