1 lb Ground beef 3 ea Onion, sliced
1 ea Green pepper, chopped 1 cn Tomato, whole (medium can)
1/2 c Rice, uncooked 1 ts Chili powder
2 ts Salt 1 x Pepper, dash

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 1:30 Preheat oven
to 350 degrees. Pan fry ground beef until light brown in skillet. Drain
fat. Add onions & peppers and cook until onion is tender. Stir in rest of
ingredients and heat until warm. Pour in a casserole dish, cover, bake for
1 hour.
